I was very sceptical using a product which I had never heard of or had heard anyone talking about. I have tried almost every diet from slimming world, weight watchers, slim fast and even minor surgery out there to achieve a slimmer me, without permanent success so I went into it with an open mind.
The process itself was simple and straight forward and actually quite relaxing, and even after it had been completed I was still very sceptical and daring myself to try and see if it was going to work, which I did by the way of eating a bar of chocolate after my dinner (which for me was quite normal). That’s when I think I became a believer, I felt really uncomfortable and a little sick (which was very unlike me).
Today 4 weeks on, I very rarely think of food, no more craving the sweets and chocolate most importantly for me is I no longer fantasise of lunch and dinner while sitting at breakfast. I have joined the gym and go regularly as my energy levels as so much higher, I am training to run a 5K in May which I never dreamt I would be able to do.
I am still confused and amazed at what this balancing is doing to me but I am feeling the benefits every day, I’m happier, I feel healthier and most of all I am not wasting energy every day thinking of food and every day I get compliments on my weight loss!
I was treated remotely and I was definitely a doubting Thomas in getting a remote treatment?
However I am definitely a convert! While I was having my remote treatment I was totally relaxed and felt a small tingling but relaxing not uncomfortable. The next morning I woke up and I was not starving as I usually am I had no cravings at all.
I just started with the healthy eating plan that was provided and found it so easy I just never thought about food any longer I had to be reminded to eat all the food .
I was relieved not to be constantly thinking about food all the time it was a relief!
I have found that I am really enjoying the food that I eat now as I not constantly thinking about my next meal?
I have also totally gone off fast food I have no desire for a Chinese or Indian that was a usual part of the week. I work night shift and normally when I finish in the morning there is not enough sweets in the shops to fill my cravings, however I no longer think about sweets even though there is a full sweetie drawer in the house. In short I have no GUILT with food now I feel so energetic and I’ve gone from a size 12 to a size 10 in 4 weeks and that includes over a holiday period which I’m very pleased I love being BALANCED and would recommend it to anyone x
